7.Be aware of water temperature effects.
Try to use deep well water, because the colder the water flowing through, the better the cooling effect. When the water has been circulated several times, the water should be watered in time after the water temperature rises (greater than 24°C). The water used for the first use of the wet curtain must be added with disinfectants (such as Baiduza, antiduwei, etc.) to prevent the spread of diseases.
8.Rational use of wet curtains.
During the use of the wet pad, wash the wet pad filter once a day. Regularly check whether is blocked, deformed or collapsed, if this happens, the cooling effect will be affected. The reasons for the blockage are dust in the air, impurities in the water, deformation of the wet pad paper due to poor quality, and mildew on the surface caused by not drying it after use or not using it for a long time. Let the fan continue to run for more than half an hour after cutting off the water source every day, and stop it after the wet curtain is dry, so as to prevent the growth of algae, thereby avoiding blocking the water pump, filter and water distribution pipe.

9.Do a good job of protection.
When the wet curtain system is not used for a long time, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out regularly to see if the fan blades are deformed. In the cooling season, cotton blankets or films should be added inside and outside the wet curtain to prevent cold air from entering the chicken house. Conditional chicken farms should consider installing automatic roller blinds when installing. When the wet curtain is not used, the water in the water pipe and the pool should be cleaned and tied with a plastic cloth to prevent dust and sand from entering the pool and bringing it into the device. The pump motor should be kept well to prevent damage due to freezing. Use sunshade net (cloth) to block the water curtain paper to prevent shortening of service life due to oxidation.
10.Pay attention to the installation of the wet pad water pipe.
The water outlet of the horizontal sewer pipe of the wet curtain should be installed upwards to prevent blockage and uneven water flow. The wet curtain sewer pipe should not be installed completely in a closed manner to facilitate cleaning and disassembly.
