It adopts the hot-dip galvanized material so the service life could be 15-20 years, It has a long service life and high stability.
Our fully automatic A-type equipment also includes the automatic feeding, drinking, manure cleaning, egg collecting and environment control system, so it could help to save the labor cost and improve the working efficiency.And the A-type layer cage with well natural ventilation, so the A-type equipment could be applied to the open chicken shed with the natural ventilation.
We have 3 tiers and 4 tier A-type battery layer cage equipment with different breeding volumes.There are 2 cages per tier, 4 cells per cage, and we recommend to put 5 birds per cell, so there are 20 birds per tier. The area per bird is 445cm². The length of the cage is 1800mm, depth is 495mm, the height of the front of the cage is 430mm, behind is 360mm.

The details of the cage & frame system, feeding system, drinking system and egg collecting system is same like the H-type. But the feed trough material is PVC, and we could change it to the hot-dip galvanized trough to your requirements.
A type layer cages
And about the manure cleaning system, there are 2 types of manure cleaning system for A-type equipment, one is scraper type, and another is the belt type.
We generally will recommend the scraper manure cleaning system, it with low cost, and easy installation, maintenance and operation. Generally we clean the manure once or twice a day.
You also could choose the belt manure cleaning system for A-type equipment, as you can see cages are arranged in a ladder shape. So the manure will fall down directly to the bottom of the equipment, and it will not fall on the chicken.
And if you don’t want to invest too much money at the beginning, we recommend the simple manual A-type equipment, it just include the cage & frame system and drinking system, it will help you save the investment.
